The ultafiltration process of whey and molecular weight distribution of whey proteins were researched. . It has been observed that concentrate contains immunoglobulins, bovine whey albumin, lactoferrin and lactoperoxidase, permeate contains a-lactalbumin and b-lactoglobulin. The precipitation of proteins in isoelectric point was researched. Two protein samples consisting of immunoglobulins and mixture of lactoferrin and lactoperoxidase was obtained.
