The increasing use of soluble or instant coffee has resulted in the accumulation of sizeable quantities of coffee pulp. Coffee pulp is barely utilized and therefore it is considered the most abundant of environment. It is known that for every 1 ton of coffee cherries processed, nearly half-ton coffee pulp is generated. On this account the aim of this work is to work out the technology of biodegradation of coffee pulp for production animal feed. Moreover in this work was determined the ability of microorganism of degrading coffee pulp.
