We summarized broad material about impact of low-temperature plasma upon broad spectrum of carbon-bearing substances in comparison with existing traditional methods of treatment based on different literary origins, and with approval of main conclusions exergic analysis of two alternative scheme, which join pyrolysis with gasification plasmic technology hardware-assisted on the one hand, and on the another hand, plasmochemical pyrolysas with traditional oxygen-steam gasification.
