Biopolimers such as proteins and nucleic acids may be labeled with a fluorescent marker to allow their detection. A new fluorescent dyes on a base 3-substituted-4hydroxycoumarines have been synthesized. The applications of these dyes as fluorescent labels for biochemical, medicine investigations and molecular visualization are proposed.
