Mathematical model based on three-dimensional stochastic cellular automata for simulation of the structural dynamics in gels were considered. The transition function and the criterion of the solid-liquid equilibrium in the model system were proposed. A software implementation of the model was developed. Identification of model parameters was implemented by genetic algorithm.
