Process of forming articles with thin walls (thickness of half-finished articles at most 1 mm) using machines which provide production in the case of cycle time about 2 seconds was considered. The recourses of intensification of heat transfer while heated half-finished articles are in contact with cooled surface of the walls of the mould were analysed. Influence of surface of the walls roughness and molding pressure during articles cooling on cooling time of the articles were considered. The possibility to raise output of the equipment for 5-9% was shown.
