Substituted 4,5-diaminopyrazolo[3,4- b ]pyridine was used as agent for tricyclic heterosystems development: imidazo[4,5- d ]pirazolo[3,4- b ]pyridine, pyrazolo[3,4- b ][1,2,5]tiadiazolo[3,4- d ]pyridine, pyrazolo[3,4- b ][1,2,3]triazolo[4,5- d ]pyridine, [1,3]oxazolo[5,4- b ]pyrazolo[4,3- e ]pyridine. The reaction schemes of the processes is proposed. The structures of synthezised compounds were confirmed by physico-chemical methods.
