In this article the main principles of construction of microprocessors management systems are stated. They were adopted for the biotechnology processes. The variant of microprocessors control systems on the base of programmed controllers for the device for fermentation is shown. Controllers make discrete signals, which control the dose of resources and materials during loading device, and carries out the subsequent management of process of a fermentation.
