IMPROVING CHANGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN MODERN CONDITIONS IS BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Problems of quality management, production and economic efficiency of industrial enterprises, enhance their competitiveness assume particular importance and relevance in the contemporary context, reflecting the nature of fundamental changes and market conditions of managing in modern Russia. The ability of a commercial organization to a continuous and integrated conduct of organizational change is becoming a key success factor in its short-term and long-term economic policies. The causes that determine the characteristics of the modern economic situation and force companies to implement a system of continuous change management. Inconsistencies identified recommended behaviors of enterprises and used the methodological and methodical change management solutions in relation to the requirements of modern management theory and practice. The directions of improvement of organizational changes in production are suggested.
