SYNTHESIS NOVEL PRECURSORS CHIRAL IONIC LIQUID AND POTENCY ANTYAGREGANTS

We investigated sсheme of synthesis for precursors of antyaggregants and chiral ionic liquid (CIL). The essential L-amino acids were reduced to L-amino alcohols. Then they were condensated with acetic acid to form 4-substituted oxazolines. Oxazoline’s ring opening reaction, which catalyzed by zinc chloride, leads to form azolylethyl acetamides with 61-70% yield. Then these intermediates were hydrolyzed with hydrochloric acid to obtain hydrochlorides of azolylethylamines with 90-95% yield
