DIFFERENT APPROACHES OF NANOPOROUS MATERIALS INNER STRUCTURE MODELING

In this work, two promising porous structures generating methods have been analyzed: diffusion-limited aggregation and reaction-limited aggregation. Modification of the reaction-limited aggregation algorithm is in comparison with diffusion-limited aggregation is the particle aggregation in a collision with a cluster probability consideration. The particle is aggregated with a given probability. This allows to adjust the branching of the generated structure. Calculation data are presented. Conclusions that present advantages and disadvantages of each methods are made.
