PREPARATION OF O/W EMULSIONS STABILIZED BY A MIXTURE OF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE CHARGED NANOPARTICLES SIO

O/W emulsions were stabilized by dispersions containing both positively and negatively charged silica nanoparticles Ludox HS-30 and Ludox CL. The ratio of negatively charged nanoparticles Ludox HS-30 in the dispersions varied from 0 to 1. The formation of emulsions that were the most stable towards sedimentation took place if the z-potential of heteroaggregates ranged from +5 to +32 mV.
