The qualitative and quantitative composition of biocompatible lecithin-based microemulsion suitable for cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications was defined. Hydrodynamic droplets diameter of obtained microemulsion according to the method of dynamic light scattering is approximately 17 nm and does not change with time and after the "heating - cooling" cycles. The microemulsion type is reverse (i.e. water-in-oil). Solubilization capacity of water-soluble biologically active substances (for example, glucose) of the obtained microemulsion shows the advantage of the developed structure to previously known lecithin-based organogel.
