PRE-PROCESSING OF DEPROTEINIZED SUNFLOWER MEAL

Complex pre-processing of the deproteinized sunflower meal by means of chemical hydrolysis with followed enzymatic hydrolysis was studied in this research. The reducing substances and total carbohydrates yield dependencieswere measured in the obtained hydrolysates. Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation was made on the obtained hydrolysates.
