CYTOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RESISTANCE STRAIN FUSARIUM OXYSPORUM TO FUNGICIDE «MAXIM»

Investigates the impact of Maxim fungicide on Fusarium oxysporum strain 2010. It demonstrates that the development of submerged culture Fusarium oxysporum on Czapek's medium with fungicide added at various concentrations occur the difference of ferments’ common dehydrogenase activity and value of lipids in cells. It is expected that these changes show signs of resistance development to the use of the active ingredient.
