TEMPERATURE AND DIFFERENT PHYSIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS INFLUENCE ON THE ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY PRESERVATION OF THE ENZYMES OF PROTEASE COMPLEX FROM HEPAROPANCREAS OF CRAB IMMOBILIZED ON THE POLYSACCHARIDE CARRIERS

Influence of temperature and immobilization on the chitosan containing cellulose carriers on the enzymatic activity of protease complex from hepatopancreas of crab was studied. The effective rate constants of immobilizated forms were calculated under different conditions. It was stated that chitosan stabilizes the enzymes of protease complex from hepatopancreas of crab.
