POSSIBLE INTERACTION BETWEEN CHITOSAN, CELLULOSE CARRIERS AND PROTEINS OF PROTEASE COMPLEX FROM HEPATOPANCREAS OF CRAB

The interaction between chitosan solutions and different cellulose carriers or protease complex from hepatopancreas of crab was studied. The schemes and possible mechanisms of chitosan gel, cellulose carriers and protease complex from hepatopancreas of crab were purposed. It was stated that chitosan could stabilize not only protease complex but the dialdehyde cellulose as well.
