EFFECT OF THE NATURE OF THE ELECTROLYTE ON THE ISOELECTRIC POINT IN CONTACT WITH CARBON NANOMATERIALS

Equilibrium was studied at room temperature in the system: carbon nanomaterial, carbon nanotubes or carbon nanoflakes, - aqueous solution of electrolyte. Changing pH of solution was traced in various electrolytes over time, the isoelectric points are found for each electrolyte. It is shown that the steady-state values ​​ of pH is achieved within 5-10 minutes depending on the solution composition and characteristics of the carbon nanomaterial, the nature of the electrolyte does not affect strongly on the value of the isoelectric point pH
