COMPLEX FORMATION OF BITHIOPHENE-CONTAINING STIRYLBENZODITHIA-18-CROWN-6-ETHER WITH LEAD AND SILVER PERCHLORATES

Dithiabenzocrown-containing derivative of bithiophene was synthesized. Its complex formation with lead and silver perchlorates in acetonitrile was studied by spectrophotometric titration, potentiometry,13C and 1H NMR spectroscopy methods. It was shown that lead cation forms 1:1 complex with synthesized ligand whereas silver cation is bind in ratio 1:1 and 1:2 (Ag+ : ligand). Values of stability constants for these complexes where calculated. Structures of supramolecular assemblies and coordination schemes with different heteroatoms were proposed.
