STUDYING OF REGULARITIES OF FORMATION OF CARBON NANOTUBES AND CATALYSTS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION

The carbon material, with carbon nanotubes of various structure and morphology in its composition, has been received. The influence of concentration of initial solution for formation of a catalytic covering has been established; the impact of operation of restoration of an oxidic layer of the catalyst by hydrogen prior to synthesis has been investigated; the influence of a material of a substrate on the structure and morphology of a carbon material has been examined.
