IMPACT OF THE SOL-GEL SYNTHESIS ON THE PROPERTIES OF COATINGS FOR FLOAT GLASS

In this work the possibility of creating a hydrophobic silicon coating sol-gel synthesis with the use of modifiers. Presents the dependence of viscosity solutions to the time of melirovaniya. The influence of thermal treatment coverage for its quality and transparency. The revealed tendency of changes in optical density of the substrate with coverings in dependence on temperature heat treatment. To achieve hydrophobicity cover the investigation of modifying additives of dimethylformamide (DMF) and tetramethoxysilane (TMOS).
