SILVER NANOROD SYNTHESIS BY ARRESTED PRECIPITATION ON NUCLEUS

Silver nanorods were synthesized by arrested precipitation method. Multi-step addition of precursors resulted in synthesis of nanorods with length up to 200 nm. In the case of one-step synthesis at the optimum conditions nanorods up to 400 nm were obtained.
