Effect of nickel sulfate, chloride ion concentrations and organic additives (saccharin and SLS) on the current efficiency and the phosphorus content has been studied. Effect of Mechanical Electrolyte Mixing on the electrodeposition of nickel-phosphorous alloy: current efficiency, alloy composition, microhardness has been investigated.
