In order to find biological objects capable of the most rapid and efficient synthesis of silver nanoparticles nine cultures of microorganisms belonging to different phylogenetic groups (bacteria, fungi are, yeast and microalgae) was studied. Optimal conditions of biosynthesis allowing to increase the output of nanosilver was selected. It was found that the most active producents of nanoparticles are fungi Penicillium glabrum and bacteria Halobacterium salinarum which form nanosilver with the high yield during the day.
