THE INFLUENCE OF GAMMA-IRRADIATION IN STERILIZING DOSE ON IMMOBILIZED ENZYME PRODUCTS OF GEPATOPANKREASA CRAB

Investigated the effect of gamma irradiation in sterilizing dose (25 кGRA) on proteolytic enzymes and their natural complexes. Set the damaging effect of gamma radiation on the biological activity of drugs studied. Immobilization of cellulose media (cellulose, dialdehydecellulose) and containing nesuderinama chitosan in its composition, does not protect against inactivating action of gamma-irradiation.
