PRODUCING OF CHITOSAN-CONTAINING MEDIA ON THE BASIS OF MODIFIED CELLULOSE FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES

The kinetics of the interaction of chitosan solutions with fibrous cellulosic material: cellulose, dialdehydecellulose and phosphate cellulose ether, in the presence and absence of solutions of glycerol. It is shown that the interaction chitosan cellulose media is very fast, and almost does not depend on the number of active groups on the media, and apparently only determined by the sorption properties of the matrix C (fibrillar structure C). The use of glycerol to 5 wt.% does not affect the interaction of chitosan with the media.
