All panel houses that built before the 90s, have the heat losses in half to two times higher than it should be in our climate. The reason is a violation of integrity interpanel seams. Interpanel joints is the most vulnerable parts of the building panel. Quality sealing interpanel seams reduces heat loss in winter by almost 30%, reliably protecting the house from freezing, from damp and mold. However, the problem of most effective flammability of polyurethane sealants limits their use in the construction industry. The task of providing reliable, durable sealing of joints between concrete and reinforced concrete structures that corresponding standards of fire safety has been and remains relevant.
