COPPER-CONTAINING CATALYST ON ALUMINUM-SILICON CARRIER FOR THE DEHYDROGENATION OF CYCLOHEXANOL

Developed a copper-containing catalyst for the dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol on the combined aluminum-silicon supported. With the use of infrared spectroscopic and petrographic analysis methods established modification of silica with aluminum hydroxide by enriching hydrox group carrier associated with a precursor of the active ingredient. Strong adhesion of finely dispersed active ingredient with the carrier determines the minimum change in the texture of the surface the catalyst activity during the test and its high thermostability.
