DEVELOPMENT OF THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM MICROBIOLOGICAL REDUCTION PROCESS

The work deals with mathematical modeling of microbiological waste-water treatment in order to remove hexavalent chromium compounds by means of Bacillus thermoamylovorans bacterium. The analysis of available kinetic curves was carried out. The fundamentals of the developed model are stated. The equations of the mathematic model are given and the decomposition of the model is carried out. The modeling of the chromate chemical reduction, that accompanies microbiological reduction, is realized.
