INCREASING OF PHARMAKOKINETIC PROPERTIES OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES BY IMPREGNATION INTO THE AEROGEL MATRICE

It was conducted a number of experiments of ibuprofen adsorption into the aerogel support matrices based on inorganic (silica) and organic (starch, sodium alginate) materials in the supercritical high-pressure reactor. The dissolution kinetic curves of composites “aerogel-ibuprofen” were obtained and it was established the solubility increasing of obtained composites more than 1,5 times. It allows using aerogel-based matrices for the increasing of pharmacokinetic properties of active substances.
