DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW APPROACH OF TUMOR TREATMENT BY MEANS OF PHOTOCONTROLLABLE INTERCALATION OF DNA IN INVADED TISSUES

We propose a project relating to the rapidly developing field of cancer therapy by photocontrollable intercalation. In the course of the project we will propose methods for creating a new type of self-organizing systems, containing photosensitive organic molecule as well as a molecule of the host thus operating on the principle of molecular encapsulation. Potential practical applications of the developed systems affect some of the most pressing areas of scientific research.
