STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF DIFURAZONYL ESTERS

Burning rate of high-energetic 3,3’-dinitrofurazanyl ether (FOF-1) has been measured, it reaches 44 mm/s at pressure 10 MPa. Vapor pressures and thermal decomposition of gaseous FOF-1 and 3,3’-dicyanofurazanyl ether (FOF-2) in isothermal conditions has been studied. Analysis of the data obtained shows that combustion of FOF-1 controls by gas-phase mechanism
