Mathematical modelling of mass transfer processes during autotrophic cultivation of

The scientific work is devoted to route selection of mass transfer of oxygen and carbon dioxide during autotrophic cultivation of Clorella pyrenoidosa microalgae in a photobioreactor with aeration. Mathematical model, describing route of mass transfer between cells of microalgae and contact them liquid and air phases, was developed. Based on experimental data comparative analysis of the models was done. For carbon dioxide and oxygen the most correctly describing mass transfer route was chosen.
