Analysis of circulating water supply drainless technology resource-saving potential is implemented, its eco-economic effectiveness is proven. It is detected that only in conditions of thermal power unit ‘ТЭЦ-25’ by means of crude water rational use, 15 million m3 of purge water drain to environment is prevented, and annual eco-economic loss of approximately 1,3 billion roubles and payment of 0,7 million roubles are avoided. It is demonstrated that apart from water resources protection and rational use, proposed technology provides expendable industrial drainage from environment of approximately 2,4 tons per each megawatt of СО2 energy output or approximately 48 billion tons calculated for world annual electrical energy output of thermal power units.
