The technique of definition of phosphorus in FeV and FeMo by ICP-AES with use of an optical emission spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma IRIS of manufacture of Thermo Electron Corporation (USA) is developed. All operations of a spectrometer are carried out by means of applied program TEVA ™. Comparison of the developed technique with an existing photometric method of the analysis is made, merits and demerits are shown.
