In this paper we report on the synthesis of nanoparticles Fe3O4 by sonochemical method and coprecipitation method. It was showed that the size of synthesized nanoparticles was depended on solution temperature, ferric and ferrous concentration, US in the reaction mixture The structure, morphology, phase composition prepared nanoparticles were investigated.
