The stability of nanoemulsion in mineral oil/Brij30/0.15 NaCl systems was investigated. Ostwald ripening increased with surfactant concentration in the continuous medium. The adsorption limit and the critical micelle concentration CMC1 of Brij 30 were determined. The concentration of Brij 30 in an aqueous phase of nanoemulions was exceed CMC1, indicating the participation of micelles in the oil transfer between the internal phase droplets.
