He effect of silver nanoparticles on the lyotropic liquid crystals viscosity in the “potassium laurate - 1-decanol – water” system was investigated. The presence of silver nanoparticles in liquid crystal systems leads to an increase in viscosity in comparison with systems of similar com 17 position but containing no nanoparticles.
