The possibility of using modified electrodes based on cobalt hexacyanoferrate to determine the antioxidant activity of blood plasma was shown. In the study of model solutions of the mixture of antioxidants (ascorbic acid and rutinum) was obtained a linear dependence of the current from concentration in the range of 2.5·10-4.0.25 g/l. In the study of real samples of blood plasma was observed that the antioxidant activity coincides with the literature data.
