The effect of synthesis and purification conditions on structure and luminescent properties of green emission organic electroluminophore tri-(8-hydrooxyquinolinat) aluminium (Alq3)was studied. The method of quantitative analysis of impurity phases in Alq3 was developed on the base 106 of luminescent microscopy. The method accuracy is as good as 0.005 mass.%. By thermal sputtering in high vacuum OLED structures were produced. The brightness of the produced OLED structures meets the requirements for modern display.
