The searching results of tritium containing water vapour emission rate from the surface of blocks made of portland cement during the contact with vapour-gaseous phase are presented. The dependence of tritium emission rate from cement matrix on gas humidity and the water content in the cement matrix are shown. It is shown that the separation of tritium in the vapor medium in proportion to the water content in the cement matrix.
