The approach to modeling, including the choice of the structure of flows, most fully corresponds to the real picture, drawing up the balance equations for the concentrations of substances in the stream on the basis of the chosen structure, experimental evaluation of the parameters of hydrodynamic models. This approach is based on the model and the combined hydrodynamic models (in the form of one or several equations for the concentration of the substance in the stream) for determining the spectrum of particle residence time in the apparatus. It is alleged that, depending on type of distribution function of the variety of mathematical models of flows arising in different vehicles with suspended layer of material that can be represented as generic models. It is shown that for solutions of differential equations describing the hydrodynamics, it is convenient to apply the operator method for Laplace transform. Given race-even ratio for the typical models: the ideal displacement and ideal mixing, diffusion (one-parameter and two-parameter), a cellular, combined (PFA from a stagnation zone, with bypass, with recycle).
