The molecular weight distribution of whey proteins was researched. Conditions of allo- cation of α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin by the ultrafiltration process are chosen. The precipitation of proteins at addition of sulphate of ammonium was researched. Two protein samples containing 85-90 % of α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin were obtained.
