The synthesis of copper nanoparticles was carried out on the reduction of copper ions by sodium borohydride. The phase diagram of aqueous dispersion of copper nanoparticles stable to sedimentation was determined. The mean diameter of copper nanoparticles was equal to 22-45 nm. The increase in surfactant concentration in dispersion led to the aggregation of copper nanoparti- cles.
