We had been researched influence effects sodium hydroxide on process of gel formation in system phospholipids concentrate "Moslecithin" - petrolatum - water. It is shown, that introduc- tion sodium hydroxide in this system leads to a considerable increase of viscosity, and also in- crease area of existence of organogels.
