Nanostructured ZnO was obtain by microemulsion method with using N,N- dimethyloctylamine as surfactant. The formation of ZnO particles during calcinations of as- prepared xerogel-intermediate at 250 - 500 500°C was investigate by ТЕМ. It was determine, that formation of mesoporous structure began on the station of xerogel preparation. Surfactant and cosolvents moving during thermotreating doesn't produce a collapse of structure. The formation of nanocrystalline roads or tubes few micrometers length began at 500°C, and at the same time the mesoporous structure was saved.
